This policy sets forth the terms under which you may purchase subscriptions for Mustreadz Services and describes our refund practices. These Services are provided by Kovexa Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”), and by using Mustreadz.com (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these terms. This Subscription & Refund Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Use.
Subscription and Billing Procedure
Mustreadz Services are available on a subscription basis. When you subscribe, you agree to pay the fees displayed on our Website for the specific subscription you choose. Our premium content is offered under two tiers – Pro and Ultra – which include various options such as a 14-day trial, as well as 1-month, 3-month, and 12-month subscription plans. Please note that subscription durations and pricing are subject to change; the most current information is always posted on our Website.
To subscribe, you must first create an account on Mustreadz.com and complete the registration process, which may involve answering a brief quiz to help us personalize your experience. During the purchase, you will be required to enter valid billing details; payment must be received before access to premium content is granted.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period expires. If you do not turn off auto-renewal through your account settings (if applicable) or by contacting our support team at [email protected], you authorize us to charge your payment method for the next subscription period. Please note that failing to disable auto-renewal cannot be used as grounds for a refund.
All subscription payments are made on a prepaid basis, meaning you pay in advance for the upcoming subscription period. It is your responsibility to keep your payment and contact information up to date to ensure uninterrupted access to Mustreadz Services.
Refund Policy
In general, all fees paid for Mustreadz Services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must submit your request via email to [email protected]. We will review your refund request in accordance with the conditions set forth below:
California Residents: If you reside in California and cancel your subscription before midnight on the third business day after your purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund of the payment made.
EU Residents: As an EU resident, you have the right to cancel the service without charge within fourteen (14) days of entering into the service agreement, unless you have given your express consent for immediate performance. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that the performance of the service begins immediately and that your right of withdrawal is forfeited once your purchase is successfully processed and delivered.
Proportionate Refunds: If you cancel within the 14-day period, you may be entitled to a refund that is proportional to the unused portion of your subscription.
No Refunds After 14 Days: Refunds will not be processed if more than 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase.
- Lack of Internet access.
- Refusal or failure to accept technical support.
- Personal or financial reasons such as a change of mind, mistaken purchase, or unexpected trial conversion.
- Misunderstandings regarding auto-renewal or subscription charges.
Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be provided if your refund request arises from reasons completely beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to:
Loss of Credentials: Refunds will not be granted if a refund request is based on lost or forgotten login credentials.
Refund Requests: All refund requests must be made by the original purchaser of the subscription.
Please be aware that if your access to Mustreadz is terminated for any violation of our Terms of Use, you will not be eligible for a refund of any fees already paid.
Modifications to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our subscription offerings and/or refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on Mustreadz.com, and your continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
